Questions
What counts as one competition?+
One event day (or weekend) with one results page. It can have as many categories, events and athletes as you like. Men's, women's, masters and teens in the same comp is still one competition.
When do I pay for a competition?+
Only when you publish it. You can build, test and practise scoring as much as you like for free.
Do athletes or spectators pay anything?+
Never. Athlete profiles, following live results and searching past results are free for everyone.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes, at any time. If you start the season on pay per comp and end up running more, switch to Unlimited and we take what you've already paid this year off the price. Your old comps stay exactly as they are.
What happens to my results if I cancel?+
They stay online for good. Athletes' history and records never disappear because a gym stopped paying.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. No per-athlete fees, no setup fees and no extra charge for the website embed. Prices include VAT.
